It allows me to track make ready dates and work orders for my apartment community. Only complaint is that you cannot export make ready board to excel. With assigning units the correct make ready date and ensuring it's not past due, it helps the model correctly price units.

So far there is nothing to note, and our Teams have been receptive to using the app. It has been great to see an overall view of performance in real time for our Teams. This has been helpful for us in apartment management. We have more streamlined maintenance items, are now able to quantify work done by maintenance, and easily communicate with residents regarding the status of their work orders.

One of my biggest thing is staying organized, Apprent provides accurate information on a day to day basis, Keeps everything updated constantly, Easy to learn to navigate. Espcailly for new commer to the comapny its easiy to learn how to navigate. Always reliable for constant resident contact, Customer service response is very efficient. So far one of the easiest apps on the market! That comes from someone who doesn't like change! There is only one thing I keep getting stuck on is the make ready board part, I believe us on site should have full access to update , add and remove units as they rotated on the make ready board, But apart from that , Everything else is great. staying organized daily,

Everything! Service requests, Make Ready Board, Inspections, and Reporting in all one centralized easy to use software. The AppWork team is amazing and very responsive. Nothing, AppWork checks all the boxes and then some. AppWork created some custom report filtering to meet out KPI reporting needs. They are the only company to actually deliver on this promise.

Very easy to use. Simplifies day to day workload. Maintenance can take control of work orders themselves without office staff having to assign them.

I use AppWork to receive, manage, and complete work orders at a student living property with 1400 units. It allows me to effortlessly assign multiple work orders to multiple techs with just a few clicks, saving me a lot of time and allowing me to work efficiently. The feature I love most about AppWork is the ability to attach photos to completed work orders, which lets the tenant visually see that their work order has been completed. AppWork allows us to keep a better record of completed work orders compared to our previous product, Entrata. The initial setup of AppWork was very easy. There is nothing about AppWork that I dislike. I use AppWork to manage work orders efficiently across 1400 units, saving time by assigning tasks with a few clicks. It helps keep better records and allows tenants to visually confirm completed work orders.

I really like how AppWork simplifies my work with service requests at our apartment complex. It was a change from what I was used to, but I quickly adapted, and now I find it very user-friendly. The platform makes managing service requests much easier by allowing for clear and simple viewing, which is crucial in my daily tasks. Communicating with tenants has become straightforward, thus improving our response time and tenant satisfaction. I find the point system engaging, adding a bit of gamification to our workflow. One of the standout features for me is having requests only assigned to me shown clearly, which helps in prioritizing and managing my workload efficiently. All these features contribute to making AppWork the best program I've used, and I would undoubtedly choose it again. nothing I find AppWork makes service requests easier to view, improves communication with tenants, and the point system enhances our workflow.

It makes creating work orders very easy to use and complete. This is far better than the previous application used.

its not bad. the turn board is kind of confusing. but it is also very straight forward with everything else. letting residents see updates on the work orders they put in. It is very easy putting work orders in. it is all straight forward.

I love that the collaboration between maintenance, office, and residents are all in one place. We are able to keep solid records, reports, photos, and much more all in one place. Any glitches we have run into have been able to be fixed, as the app matures and we are more interactive, we are able to identify and get corrected any issues. Virtual make ready board, Yardi integration, data based app so that the maintenance team do not need to have wifi to complete work orders, get new work orders, connect with residents for work orders, and receive clear responses and feedback on work orders while they are actively working in them.

Appwork Is The Go To App Our Companies primary use of Appwork is to assist in the efficiency of assigning & completing work orders, completing unit & property inspections. as well as completing move in & move out inspections. Having the ability to complete daily tasks while being out on the property, directly from our mobile devices, saves us a ton of time. The quality of photos could be better, however this is something that is currently in the works. Appwork is constantly improving which we all love. I would recommend Appwork to any Property Management Company or Commercial Business looking to help streamline all of their Maintenance tasks. Anytime an issue arises, even on weekends, I am able to reach out to Carol or the Appwork Team. Carol is usually able to fix the issues herself, however, if she can not, she escalated it to the Appwork Team & the issue is usually resolved within minutes. Appwork definitely pays for itself by the amount of time saved by being able to complete tasks directly from our mobile devices. Onboarding is just as simple as the App itself is to navigate. Appwork is constantly updating to stay compatible with anything we may need for a specific property of ours or for the company as a whole.
