AppWork Review The primary use was I believe work orders, make ready board What I like most about AppWork is that we are able to close work orders off our phone and the make ready board. I do not have any dislikes for AppWork. I would recommend this app to other apartment businesses. I assigned this score because I think this app is awesome I have complaints.

Very easy app!!

Appwork Is The Go To App Our Companies primary use of Appwork is to assist in the efficiency of assigning & completing work orders, completing unit & property inspections. as well as completing move in & move out inspections. Having the ability to complete daily tasks while being out on the property, directly from our mobile devices, saves us a ton of time. The quality of photos could be better, however this is something that is currently in the works. Appwork is constantly improving which we all love. I would recommend Appwork to any Property Management Company or Commercial Business looking to help streamline all of their Maintenance tasks. Anytime an issue arises, even on weekends, I am able to reach out to Carol or the Appwork Team. Carol is usually able to fix the issues herself, however, if she can not, she escalated it to the Appwork Team & the issue is usually resolved within minutes. Appwork definitely pays for itself by the amount of time saved by being able to complete tasks directly from our mobile devices. Onboarding is just as simple as the App itself is to navigate. Appwork is constantly updating to stay compatible with anything we may need for a specific property of ours or for the company as a whole.

AppWork Software Feedback – Since August 2025 I’ve been using AppWork since August 2025 and have found it to be a user-friendly and highly functional maintenance management tool. The software offers a variety of features that help keep operations organized and efficient. One standout feature is the Make Ready Board, which allows for quick and easy data entry simply by clicking on the relevant box — a very intuitive design. Another impressive feature is the work order resident communication tool. It enables direct communication with residents via phone, text, or email, all within the work order itself. This level of integration is something I haven’t seen in other platforms and adds significant value to resident engagement. AppWork also provides access to a wide range of reports, which I’m still exploring due to the extensive variety available. These reporting capabilities offer great potential for deeper insights and operational tracking. Overall, AppWork stands out as one of the better maintenance software solutions I’ve used. It combines ease of use with powerful features that support both team coordination and resident communication.

It has been a pleasure working with AppWorks. The team is very responsive and very involved throughout the onboarding process. They are very quick to resolve any issues that pop up and are very open to feedback and ways to improve the platform. We should have made the switch a long time ago.

I’ve had a great experience using AppWorks as an administrator. A big part of my role involves adding users and managing staff access, and the platform makes that process extremely straightforward.The UI/UX is very well designed—everything is intuitive, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require a lot of training to get comfortable with. That alone saves a lot of time day-to-day.One feature I’d love to see in the future is bulk data imports for users. That said, their support team more than made up for it—they were able to take my CSV file and handle the upload on the backend, which saved me hours of manual entry.Overall, I’m very happy with the platform. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and backed by a responsive support team, which makes a big difference.

I am a property manager using AppWork for our high rise apartment complex in Philly, and it's been a total gamechanger for me. My favorite part is how it places the responsibility on the maintenance team to complete work orders and communicate with tenants. In the past, all of this was up to me, but now I can see in real time if my team is making efforts to contact tenants and any hold-ups they might be having. It's fantastic. AppWorks has made my life so much easier! NO MORE PAPER!!! AppWorks has streamlined my work order process immensely. It is so easy to organize and communicate with our residents. The communication! It keeps our residents informed and up to date on all their maintenance needs! I wish there was a "parts pending" folder!! I wish there was a "parts pending" folder so the work order no longer sits active and it's easy for us as property managers to see what we need and be kept up to date.

AppWork is a great product I use in my everyday work, and allows me to track performance and progress of our make ready's and work orders.

What I find most helpful is having all maintenance information at our fingertips. Using the App has truly made a difference in the way we process work orders, schedule make readies along with improving communication with our technicians and residents. AppWork is very user friendly and has become a valuable asset to our community as we use this throughout the day. As we are fairly new to using AppWork I'd like to say that the training and customer support provided has been stellar. Thank you for making our transition and integration easy! Franciscan of Arlington started using AppWork about 3 months ago; getting my staff and resident acclimated to the change has been challenging but as we become more familiar each day it gets easier. The implementation of our AppWork System will eventually become second nature to everyone. Previously we had issues keeping up with work order tracking/completion and our make ready board scheduling. With AppWork everything seems to run smoothly as everyone has access to all information.

I appreciate AppWork for how it efficiently manages work orders for our property. I like that it gets work orders promptly over to our maintenance staff. It's great that it hides personal phone numbers while still allowing phone calls from tech to tenants. The details provided in the work orders, like information about pets and permissions to enter, are particularly valuable and helpful. I also enjoy that it allows for a paperless workflow. I find it challenging that I can't add multiple tenants to choose from when creating a work order. Sometimes, other tenants submit the work order, but we are only able to call the head of household. AppWork helps us get work orders to our maintenance staff quickly and allows phone calls without sharing personal numbers. It provides detailed work orders, covering pets and entry permissions, and keeps everything paperless.

It allows me to effortlessly assign multiple work orders to multiple techs with just a few clicks, saving me a lot of time and allowing me to work efficiently. Appwork is very easy to use and i am able to use it everyuday to complete most of my daily duties. it helps keep day to day activites up to date also acknowledges completion of work orders and keep record of all analytics such as maintenance, apps, collections, vendors and most importantly communication with our residents. Working a larger property with multiple employees to supervise. This app has had a huge impact on my team's efficiency. The analytics have taken a huge workload off of me. Keeping up with everyone's productivity. Identifying each individual employees' strengths and weaknesses. Sending the best person to do the job.
