We take care of that for you! Once you connect your property management system (PMS), we import your unit data, property/unit info, and even open work orders. Our onboarding team handles setup so you don't have to manually recreate anything – you'll start fresh but fully synced.

AppWork sits beside your PMS rather than inside it, so your maintenance system of record isn't tied to the PMS you happened to have when you started.

Yes. As long as your technicians are mapped to the matching technicians in your PMS and you have AppWork's technician timer feature enabled, completed labor hours and parts/supplies flow back into your PMS automatically. That means owner billing, chargebacks, and P&L reporting can happen in your PMS the way they always have — but with accurate, tech-captured data instead of manual entry.
