Tech App V8.32.1 Brings Admin App Inside

Big release for the Tech App. The headline: your techs no longer need two AppWork apps. The rest: better photos, copyable text, a suspiciously fun animation, and two fixes we're owning up to.

The Big One

The Admin App now lives inside the Tech App. You can now jump straight into the admin side without leaving the Tech App. No more downloading two apps. No more hunting your home screen for the other icon. One app, both worlds.

Quality of Life

Pinch to zoom on photos. That mystery drip in the corner of the photo? Get close enough to actually identify it. Pinch, zoom, diagnose.

Long press to copy text. Press and hold any text in the app to select and copy it. Serial numbers, model numbers, unit notes: grab them and paste them wherever they need to go. Your thumbs will thank you.

Work Orders

Editing a category is now weirdly satisfying. Change a Work Order's category and you get a fun little animation. Does it make the work go faster? No. Will you look forward to recategorizing things? A little.

Comments cleaned up their act. Comments on Work Orders now come through with proper formatting. Easier to read, easier to skim, less like a ransom note.

Bug Fixes

Timeslots found their spot in the timeline. Timeslots were showing up wrong in the Work Order timeline. Now they show up right. Yes, this should have worked from the start. We agree.

Refrigerant log weights stopped doing creative math. Weights in the refrigerant log now match reality. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prefers real numbers, and honestly, so do we. Fixed.
