Measure What Matters: Inspection Scoring & More

Staying compliant and enforcing your property standards just got a whole lot smarter. This release brings inspection scoring a brand new way to measure, track, and improve inspection performance, plus a handful of other improvements your team will love.

1. Inspection Scoring

You can now assign point values to inspection sections and individual items, giving you a powerful, objective way to track compliance and hold your properties to a consistent standard.

• Inspection View Page: See scores update in real time as an inspection is completed, visible right from the inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we'll convert the score to a simple percentage for you so you can see your overall score!
• Inspection Score Report: Found in the reports section, this new report allows you to track historical scores over time and spot trends before they become problems.
• Inspection Results Report: We've updated the inspection results report to now include the average score across your inspections, so you always have the big picture.

Ready to set it up? Head to Settings > System Settings > Maintenance > Inspections, select your template, and enable scoring. From there you can assign point values to items and weight sections however you'd like.

2. Inspection Costs

You can now set a cost for custom dropdown inputs on inspections, giving you more granular visibility into what each inspection item is actually costing you.

• Auto-Assign is working better than ever
• Entrata clients now get both units and spaces imported, so nothing slips through the cracks
• The Make Ready Board is smoother and more user-friendly on the admin app
• Fixed an issue where auto-add new properties for inspection tags wasn't working as expected
