1. New Parts Management System: Phase One! Get ready to manage parts like never before! Track parts used on work orders and their costs. This is phase one, folks! Right now, you can add parts and their costs in system settings. In a future update, technicians will be able to sync and add the parts they use on the job. To get started, head to settings > system settings > maintenance > parts and start adding your parts! 🚀
2. Bulk Actions for Inspections: We've added bulk actions to open inspections. Canceling inspections has never been easier! Click, click, cancel. 🎉
- Brand New Login Page: We've given our login page a complete makeover! It's now clean, modern, sleek, and shiny, ensuring your first impression of AppWork is the best one! ✨
4. Welcome Pop-up for New Users: New to AppWork? Get ready for a royal welcome! We've added a pop-up to greet new users and ensure they have all the training and support they need. 👑
5. More Custom Make Ready Columns: Three new auto-populated columns are here to revolutionize your make-ready management:
Market Rent: See the current market rate for the unit.
New Resident Name: Display the name of the incoming resident.
New Resident Number: Show the phone number of the future resident.
Navigate to settings > system settings > maintenance > Make ready > +New Column to add these to your board. 🏠
6. Want to see the move out date? Now, you can hover over the check mark in the move-out column to see the actual move-out date for units that have already moved out. 🕵️♂️
7. Enhanced Make-Ready Board Visibility: Data from non-task columns on the make-ready board are now visible even after a unit has been marked as ready. Keeping all your info at your fingertips! 🗂️
8. Make-Ready Board Sorting: We've added sorting capabilities for more columns on the make-ready board. Because who doesn’t love a good sort? 📊
9. Custom Column Data in Exports: Data from custom columns are now included in the make-ready export. More data, more power! 💪
10. Resident Work Order Links: When creating a resident work order, unit number suggestions will now appear after entering just one character. Instant suggestions, just like magic! 🧙♂️
11. Mobile Responsiveness: Improved mobile responsiveness for the unit breakdown report. Your thumbs will thank us. 📱
12. Work Order AI Improvements: Enhanced AI characterization for work orders created within RealPage. Smarter work orders, happier users! 🤖
13. New Support Chat: Access support faster with our new chat feature at the bottom right of the page. Support is just a click away! 💬
14. Faster Staff Actions Tab: The Staff Actions tab is now significantly faster to load. Speedy, like a ninja! 🥷
