Inspection Tags Release Notes

In this release, we’re back at it again with… you guessed it — more inspection features! 🎉
We’re introducing customizable inspection tags, along with a few small but mighty improvements across the inspections system.

Inspection Tags

You can now create and add tags to individual inspection items! These tags can be tied to work order creation, so when you convert inspection items into work orders, AppWork can automatically set priority levels based on the tags used.

These tags are also going to play a huge role in our upcoming inspection dashboards and reports. Stay tuned...

Notifications & App Improvements

• When a technician is mentioned in an inspection comment, they’ll now get a text message so they don’t miss a thing.
• Technicians will also receive a text alert when they’re assigned to an inspection.
• We’ve improved how the technician app handles bulk work order assignments, so things stay smooth and efficient.
• Fixed a bug where clicking on a recurring work order didn’t show the work order info. That one’s gone!

Reporting Enhancement

Added a new filter to the Response Time Report — now you can choose to see all open work orders (regardless of the selected date range), not just those opened within it.
