The Release Notes Independence Day Edition

Fireworks, freedom, and fixes. This release declares independence from missing move-in dates, vague coin earnings, and inspections that forgot their one job.

Custom Fields

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of custom fields. User-Defined Fields (UDFs) now cover residents and Work Orders. Whatever your operation tracks that we didn't think of, you can now track it where it matters. Your data, your fields, your rules. That's freedom.

Make Ready Board

Yardi signed the Declaration of Move-In Dates. Updated move-in dates weren't coming over from Yardi for some units, which made planning a make ready a guessing game. We held these truths to be self-evident: your board should show the dates.

Inspections

Autogenerated inspections rejoined the union. They had one job. They briefly seceded. They're back to doing it.

Call Management

Backend fireworks you can't see but will definitely feel. Significant work under the hood. You won't point at any one thing. Calls will just be smoother.

Coins

The new coins analytics graph got a grand finale. Cleaner, sharper, easier to read at a glance.

When a technician earns coins from a resident review, the graph shows the exact star rating behind it. A five-star coin should look like a five-star coin.

Integrations

AppFolio and AppWork: a more perfect union. Improved syncing means fewer gaps and less babysitting.

Bug Fixes

Incident reports declared independence from errors. Submitting one used to throw an error. The irony was not lost on us. Fixed.
