Call Logs: A Receipt for Every Ring Hop into the new Call Logs section in the left menu and meet your new favorite page. Every single call placed through AppWork, both inbound (via Call Management) and outbound (your techs calling residents from work orders), now lives in one beautifully simple list. Filter it, sort it, and listen to the recordings right from the page. (must have call management BETA enabled to see the call logs) No more "what did the resident actually say?" mysteries. You've got the receipts.

Lease Audits: Drop a RentRoll, Get an Audit Lease audits used to mean spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a long sigh. Not anymore. You can now run lease audits inside AppWork, perfect for routine audits across the portfolio you already manage, or as your new go-to due-diligence tool when you're sizing up a property to acquire. It's simple: drop a RentRoll with lease charges into AppWork, and we'll intelligently generate your audit template in seconds.

Your PMS and AppWork Are Talking More We've been busy teaching AppWork to play even nicer with your PMS. Three upgrades worth knowing about:
Entrata → Auto-Sync Work Order Assignments Assign (or unassign) a work order to a tech in Entrata, and AppWork will automatically mirror it. One assignment, two systems, zero double-entry. How to turn it on:
- First, set up tech mappings: Technicians → Edit Profile → PMS Mapping.
- Then enable the toggle: System Settings → Maintenance → Work Orders → "Use Integration For Work Order Assignment."
RealPage → Click-Through to the Source RealPage clients can now click on a work order ID in AppWork and be whisked directly to that exact work order inside RealPage. One click. No tab-hunting. Simple and magical.

AppFolio → Map Techs & Vendors AppFolio clients: you can now map both technicians and vendors between AppWork and AppFolio so the right person gets credit for the right work.
- Technicians: Technicians → Edit Profile → PMS Mapping
- Vendors: Vendors → Edit Profile → PMS Mapping
