Inspection to Make Ready Automation
Your inspection just did the data entry. When a move out inspection is completed, AppWork reviews the results and builds out the Make Ready Board for you. Photos and comments from the inspection land right inside the make ready tasks, so the tech who picks up the punch sees all your findings from the punch items in the inspection.
Set it up per template: Settings > System Settings > Maintenance > Inspections > select a template > click an item > + Task Automation.
Work Orders
Priority gets set based on the inspection results. Work Orders created from an inspection can now pull their priority straight from the template's Task Automation rules.

Reports
Vacant ready, as a percentage. The Make Ready Status Report now shows what share of your vacant units are actually ready to rent. Run it for one property or any mix of properties, regions, or portfolios, and the average vacant ready % sits at the bottom of the report. One number for the Monday meeting instead of a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Filter Insight Reports. Filter Insight Reports by frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly. Zoom in when you need to, zoom out when you don't.
Technicians
The export got more useful. Technician email addresses and property IDs are now included when you export the Technician page. Less copy-pasting from profiles. More just sending the file.
Call Management
Return the call, keep your number. Missed call text messages now include a secure link to return the call. The responder calls back through AppWork and never has to hand out their personal cell. Residents get a callback. Your team keeps their weekends.
