Inventory Management is Live in AppWork
June 7th Release: Your Maintenance Shop Just Got a Brain
Yet another BIG release! The headliner is Inventory Management, V1 is live and it's exactly what you've been asking for: a simple, clear way to track what's in your shop without a spreadsheet or a sticky note on the cabinet. Plus a ton of Call Management upgrades, better communication controls, and a handful of fixes that were way overdue.
Inventory Management
Your maintenance shop, finally in AppWork. You can now add every item in your inventory or maintenance shop directly to AppWork, adjust quantities as things get used, and watch a live timeline of what's moving and what it's costing you. No spreadsheets. No guessing. No walking to the back to count filters.
AppWork tracks cost changes over time too, so you always know the current value of your inventory — not just what you started with.
This is V1. There's more coming. But it's already way better than a clipboard.

Work Orders
Never miss a text again. Filter your Work Orders page to show only orders with unread text messages, so the conversations that need a response actually get one. You can also subscribe to a daily or weekly email digest of all unread messages, so nothing falls through the cracks even when you're not on the platform.
Call Management
Outgoing call logs: fixed, and now available to everyone. The outgoing call log was missing information. That's fixed. And because it's now actually useful, we've opened it up to all clients, see every call your techs placed to residents, all in one place.
The "Call Incomplete" tab. You can now track calls where residents hung up before the call connected. Turns out knowing who didn't pick up is just as useful as knowing who did.
Call summaries on Work Orders. Call Management-generated Work Orders now show a clean summary of the call instead of the full transcript. Less scrolling, more signal.
Phone number formatting: fixed. Phone numbers looked like someone sneezed on the keyboard. They don't anymore.
UI cleanup throughout. The call log and Call Management settings got visual updates. Nothing dramatic, just cleaner and smoother.
Incident Reports
New sections, now in your control. You can add new sections to an incident report on your own!
UI and UX improvements. Several UI and UX improvements round this out, things are sharper and easier to setup.
Communication
More control over resident notifications. New setting to turn off work order withdrawal notifications (text or email) to residents. Find it at Settings > System Settings > Maintenance > Techs.
Admin alert for inspection withdrawals. When a technician withdraws from an inspection, admins now get an email. No more finding out after the fact.
Auto-replies in the text message log. Text message auto-replies are now visible in the log. They were always sending — now you can actually see them.
Email status tracking for admin emails. You can now see whether emails sent to admins were delivered, opened, or bounced. Find it at Settings > System Settings > Core > Staff > Sent Email.
API Updates
New endpoints for Properties, Units, and Residents. You can now create and update Properties, Units, and Residents via the API. If you're building an integration or keeping your data in sync, these are the building blocks you've been waiting for.
Inspections
Fixed an issue that was blocking the ability to export the Inspection Results Report. You can export again. Sorry about that.
Scroll position fixed when creating a Work Order. When creating a Work Order from an inspection, the page was jumping back to the top of the form. That's done. Your scroll position stays put.
That's the June 7th release. Inventory Management alone was worth the wait, but the Call Management and Communication upgrades might be what you use every single day!
