👨‍🔧 Tag Technicians Right from the Make Ready Board
You asked, we delivered! You can now mention technicians directly on the Make Ready Board. It’s real-time, two-way communication that’ll help you get those units turned faster.

Navigate to Make Ready Board > Click on a task currently assigned to a technician > type @ and select their name

📊 Make Ready Board Sorting Fixed
We squashed a bug that was messing with column sorting on the Make Ready Board. Sort away—everything should be in perfect order now.

You can click on the top of any column on the board to sort it. Click again to sort it the other way.

🏠 QR Codes for Easy Work Orders

Creating work orders just got easier. Residents can now scan a QR code in their unit to submit requests—no logins or extra info needed. And since the QR codes are tied to the unit, they stay put even when residents change. You can view or print the QR codes from the units page. Want to print all your QR codes at once? Just right-click the page and hit “Print.” Boom, all codes are ready and in line with their units. Happy scanning!

Navigate to the units page from the side menu > click show QR code by any unit or right click and select print to print all the QR codes at once.
