AppWork Intelligence Enriches Work Order Notes
Introducing Enriched Completion Notes with AppWork Intelligence

Every completion note your techs write now gets a second pass from AppWork Intelligence, automatically, the moment a Work Order is completed. Nothing changes for your techs. They write the note the way they always have.
AppWork Intelligence takes it from there and:
Fills in the details. It reads the Work Order description, category, photos, and timeline, then rewrites the note so both you and the resident know exactly what was done in the unit.
Fixes spelling and grammar. "Replaced flaper" becomes "I replaced the flapper, and the toilet is no longer running."
Cleans up the tone. Shop talk, slang, and anything unprofessional are removed so the note reads the way you'd want a resident to read it.
Removes liability terms. Words like "mold" never make it into the note. The observation is described plainly instead.
The resident sees only the enriched version. The tech's original note is always saved and one tap away: just click "View Original" when reading the completion note.
Enriched Completion Notes is available now to every AppWork client at no additional cost.
Here are a few examples of the changes the model makes:
Example 1: Fills in the details Tech wrote: "Replaced lights"
Resident and staff see: "I replaced both bulbs in the kitchen light fixture with new LED bulbs, and the light is working again. Thanks for reporting this."
Example 2: Fixes spelling and grammar Tech wrote: "replaced flaper adjusted chain toilet not runing anymore"
Resident and staff see: "I replaced the flapper inside the toilet tank, which was no longer sealing, and adjusted the chain so it sits correctly. The toilet is no longer running."
Example 3: Cleans up the tone Tech wrote: "3rd time this month for this dumb dishwasher. pulled the filter, it was all dirty. It works fine now. rinse your dishes before"
Resident and staff see: "I removed and cleaned the dishwasher filter, which had become clogged with food debris, and the dishwasher is draining and running normally again. I appreciate your patience with this."
Example 4: Removes liability terms Tech wrote: "sprayed and wiped the black mold, told them to run the fan"
Resident and staff see: "I treated and cleaned the discoloration on the bathroom ceiling above the shower and wiped the area down. Running the exhaust fan during and after showers will help keep the ceiling dry going forward. Thanks for letting me know about this."
