Seeing it in action

AppWork acquires Paraspot AI! Paraspot built the industry's first video-based AI inspection platform. Walk a unit with your phone and it spots damage for you: cracks, stains, missing items, and what's changed since move-in. At move-out, it produces a report with time-stamped photos and estimated repair costs you can stand behind on a deposit charge.

We're rebuilding it natively inside AppWork, with inspection data flowing straight into your Make Ready Board. Rollout starts later this year!
