Valentina Cruz Joins AppWork Client Success Team

AppWork Welcomes Valentina Cruz to Client Success Team in St. Petersburg

AppWork is pleased to welcome Valentina Cruz to its Client Success team in St. Pete.

Valentina brings years of experience in property management, client relations, leasing, and customer service. Most recently, she served as a Senior Leasing Consultant, where she consistently exceeded leasing goals, led marketing initiatives for her community, and built strong relationships with residents by delivering exceptional service.

Prior to joining AppWork, Valentina worked onsite managing resident communications, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, resolving maintenance concerns, and helping create positive resident experiences. Her firsthand knowledge of property operations gives her a strong understanding of the day-to-day challenges our clients face.

In her role at AppWork, Valentina will partner closely with clients to help them maximize the value of the platform and ensure their teams are set up for long-term success. Her industry experience and passion for customer service make her a natural fit for the Client Success team.
