AppWork's Summer 2026 Top Maintenance Rating Winners

RAMSEY, NJ, July 15, 2026 -- AppWork, the maintenance operations platform built for multifamily maintenance teams, today announced the winners of the Summer 2026 Top Maintenance Rating Awards. This season marks the first under the program's newly expanded structure, with 200 properties earning recognition nationwide, four times as many as were honored one year ago.

The Top Maintenance Rating remains entirely resident-driven. Properties don't apply and there's no panel of judges. Every active AppWork client is automatically entered each season, and winners are determined by one measure alone: the percentage of work orders that verified residents rate four or five stars.

The expansion reflects how much AppWork's client base has grown and diversified. Beginning this season, properties are evaluated in two separate groups based on size: communities with fewer than 100 units, and communities with 100 units or more. Each group produces 100 winners, ensuring smaller communities are measured against comparable peers rather than competing with larger, higher-volume portfolios.

Winners in both groups receive a digital Top Maintenance Rating badge for use on their website and in marketing materials, along with a physical crystal trophy recognizing their commitment to maintenance excellence.
