Meet Kason Kedersha, AppWork's New GTM AI Engineer

AppWork is excited to welcome Kason to the team as its new GTM AI Engineer, joining the company's ever-growing St. Pete team.

Kason brings 13 years of experience across B2B technology, sales, operations, and IT, with a track record of helping teams implement technology that makes their businesses more efficient. Throughout his career, he has focused not only on finding the right tools, but on making sure teams actually adopt and use them effectively.

At Tech Data, Kason led an SAP rollout supporting more than 700 employees. At Centricity, he rebuilt the company's IT function, transitioning from 30 offshore contractors to a lean in-house team while driving adoption of a new claims platform. Most recently, at MANTA, he evaluated and implemented sales technologies, led migrations and integrations, and helped drive a 150% quarter-over-quarter increase in booked meetings.

At AppWork, Kason will focus on applying AI and automation to the company's go-to-market operations. He will work across GTM teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, implement practical AI solutions, and help teams get the most out of the technology available to them.

Kason is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between technology and adoption. He believes technology only creates value when people actually use it — and that making technology practical, accessible, and useful is where he does his best work.
