AppWork Welcomes Geonna Wilson to Client Success

Geonna brings years of experience in multifamily property management, with a strong background in resident relations, leasing, and customer service. Most recently, she served as an Assistant Property Manager at Greystar, where she supported the day-to-day operations of a 244-unit community, working closely with residents and the onsite team to manage leasing activity, resident accounts, and maintenance.

Prior to Greystar, Geonna spent more than two years at LCOR, where she was promoted from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Property Manager. In that role, she managed high-volume leasing activity, worked closely with prospects and residents, and helped ensure accurate and timely resident and account information. Her firsthand experience working directly with residents and onsite teams gives her a strong understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by multifamily teams and the clients AppWork serves.

In her role at AppWork, Geonna will serve as Director of Client Success, partnering closely with clients to help them maximize the value of the platform and ensure their teams are positioned for long-term success. Her multifamily experience, resident-facing background, and can-do attitude make her a natural fit for the Client Success team.
