AppWork is the maintenance management platform built for multifamily operators, giving maintenance teams one place to view work orders, Make Ready turns, inspections, and technician performance. Propexo is the data integration platform multifamily operators use to sync data automatically from Property Management Systems (PMS) like Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and AppFolio, and 130+ other systems, into their own data warehouse for reporting and analytics.
