Fall 2026 Top Maintenance Rating Award Winners

October 15, 2026, Ramsey, NJ: AppWork, the leading maintenance operations platform for multifamily teams, announced the winners of the Fall 2026 Top Maintenance Rating Awards, a national program recognizing apartment communities that deliver the highest rated maintenance service in the country. This season's honorees span two tiers: The Grand, for communities with 100 or more units, and The Boutique, for communities with 99 units or fewer.

Unlike traditional awards based on applications or subjective judging, the Top Maintenance Rating is entirely data driven. Communities earn recognition based on the percentage of work orders that receive four or five star ratings from verified residents during the season. Ranking each tier separately keeps the focus on what matters most, which is the care residents receive, no matter the size of the communit
