- Real-time PMS sync. As work orders are created, updated, and completed, the core data flows directly back to your PMS. No manual exports, no batch-job lag. Your PMS stays the system of record, and AppWork keeps it current.
- Full history inside the app. Your entire work order history lives inside AppWork with filtering, sorting, and reporting tools built in. Your team can drill into any unit, property, category, or time window without leaving the product.
- One-click CSV export. Any view in the platform can be exported to CSV on demand. Filter it the way you want, click export, and you have it.
- Recurring export subscriptions. This is the option a lot of teams don't realize they have: any user can subscribe to an export directly in the platform. Click export, select subscribe, choose the cadence. The report shows up in your inbox automatically — monthly, weekly, whatever works for your team.
- API access. For teams that want to pipe data into a BI tool, data warehouse, or internal system, our API is available for more custom pulls.
