In this release, we’re excited to announce a powerful new automation that takes the inspection process for property managers and maintenance teams to the next level! Whether you’re managing unit turns, move-ins, or move-outs, this new feature will save time and reduce manual work!

This is BIG news for our inspection users — and for those who haven’t tried inspections yet… this might be your moment! 👀

Auto-Generated Inspections Based on Move Dates

In addition to our existing recurring inspections (which let you auto-generate inspections at regular intervals), you can now generate inspections based on resident move-in and move-out dates!

Some examples below, but the customizations are endless!

• Set a Pre-Move Out Inspection to auto-generate 15 days before a scheduled move-out.
• Have a Move-Out Inspection generated 1 day after the move-out date.
• Schedule a Move-In Inspection to pop up the day before move-in.

Customize Per Inspection Template

Go to: Settings > System Settings > Maintenance > Inspections > (Select Template) > Click Settings > Enable Auto-Generate (at the bottom)
