The Precision and Performance Update
This release is all about tightening things up. No new features this round, but we did fix over 40 bugs focused on stability, performance, reporting accuracy, and integrations.
It is the kind of release you may not notice immediately, but you will definitely feel in day to day use.
Here is what has improved.
- Eliminated multiple error messages, crashes, and redirection loops across Inspections, Resident Profiles, Task Time reports, and Work Order flows.
- Resolved issues causing endless loading states and inconsistent page behavior.
- Fixed work order column sorting problems that previously caused pages to freeze.
- Corrected unassign and reassign loops that triggered errors.
- Addressed delays in work orders appearing in AppWork from your property management software.
- Resolved cases where vacant units were displayed as occupied.
- Corrected Make Ready Board inconsistencies, including missing or incorrect move in dates.
- Fixed blank work order categories and ratings related redirection errors.
- Resolved inspection sorting by template errors and ensured inspections display properly on the Make Ready Board.
- Fixed auto generated inspections not linking correctly to unit cells on the Make Ready Board.
- Corrected inspection total cost calculations not updating after template changes.
- Resolved inspection page indefinite loading and search related errors.
- Improved inspection progress bar syncing and optimized backend inspection queries to prevent timeouts.
- Fixed Make Ready Metrics average completion date calculation discrepancies.
- Corrected move in and move out data inconsistencies impacting reports.
- Restored missing Days Vacant data in certain notice to vacant transitions.
- Updated CSV exports to clearly reflect Active Properties and improved column labeling accuracy.
- Resolved crash issues in the By Tech Detailed Task Time report.
- Improved handling of residents assigned to multiple unit spaces across integrations.
- Fixed multiple 422 and 404 integration posting errors.
- Resolved ResMan inspection PDF upload issues.
- Tuned background import jobs to prevent conflicts and performance slowdowns.
- Cleaned up several text and calling errors for improved communication reliability.
- Fixed subscription filter inconsistencies and alignment issues between modals and index pages.
- Resolved translation, date picker, and attachment visibility inconsistencies.
The focus of this release was simple: make AppWork more stable, more accurate, and more dependable across the board.
