Another day, another round of improvements to make your maintenance life easier and more intuitive. This release includes smart updates to inspections, clearer work order categorization, and bug fixes that keep things humming.
Here’s what’s new and improved in this week's AppWork update:
New & Improved
Smarter Work Order Category Search
No more scroll-a-thons! When changing categories on existing work orders, searching work order subcategories is now easier, making edits quicker and more intuitive.
Past Residents, Automatically Linked
Inspections just got another level of automation. You can now choose to automatically associate the previous resident to an inspection, helping teams track history with ease.
Configure it in:Settings > Inspection Templates
New Work Order Categories for Clarity
We’ve added a few specific categories to help your teams be even more precise when creating work orders:
- Plumbing > Boiler
- Electrical > Generator
- HVAC > Air Handler
Fixes & Updates
Exporting Inspection Images
File names now behave properly when exporting all images from an inspection.Incident Reports
