We’re beyond excited to introduce Data Subscriptions—a brand-new feature that’s going to revolutionize how you manage and monitor your maintenance data! Imagine getting the exact maintenance data you need, automatically delivered to your inbox, exactly when you want them. No more manual exports, no more repetitive tasks—just pure, automated efficiency. 🎯
What Are Data Subscriptions?
Think of Data Subscriptions as your personal maintenance data assistant. Now, you can “subscribe” to any maintenance data in AppWork and receive automated emails at your chosen intervals. Whether it’s daily, weekly, or monthly, or certain days of the week, your key data will always be right at your fingertips. It’s like recurring reports, but with a massive upgrade—because now you can subscribe to any exportable page! 🛠️
Here’s How It Works:
- Navigate to any page.
- Set your filters just like you would for an export—whether it's work orders, inspections, reports, or anything else.
- Click Export, then hit Subscribe.
- Choose your frequency—daily, weekly, monthly, you decide!
- Click Confirm and sit back while your data comes to you.
Now, you’ll always stay on top of your maintenance game without lifting a finger! 📬

Other New Features:
“My Settings” Page:
Introducing the new "My Settings" page! You can now view and manage all your subscriptions in one place. Find it under Settings > My Settings.
If you have access to Property and System Settings, you'll now see My Settings, Property Settings, and System Settings when clicking on the settings page—making it easier to manage your preferences.
Make Ready Metrics Report Drilldown:
Want to get into the nitty-gritty? You can now click into the Make Ready Metrics report and drill down to individual units, giving you deeper insights into your data than ever before!
Customizable Default Landing Page:
You can now change the default landing page to any page you’d like. Work orders not your focus? Change it up! This setting can be adjusted on a system level for the entire company or individually on the "My Settings" page.
Task Time Report Updates:
- Quick Completion Alerts: To facilitate audits, AppWork now displays an alert for work orders completed in less than 60 seconds, helping you identify anomalies.
- Technician Report Fix: Resolved an issue where clicking on a technician in the Task Time Report didn’t display the full list of work orders.
- Additional Bug Fixes: Addressed other bugs related to the Task Time Report for improved accuracy and functionality.
Work Order Time Editing:
- Time and Date Editing: When editing the time on a completed work order, you can now adjust both the start and end dates, in addition to the start and end times.
New Okta Integration:
- New Okta Partnership: AppWork has partnered with Okta for easier access! Okta users can now log in to AppWork using their Okta credentials or access AppWork directly from their Okta account using AppWork’s new Okta ION app.
ResMan Integration Enhancements:
- Work Order ID Visibility: The ResMan work order ID is now visible in the additional information section of each work order for easier tracking.
- Manual Posting for Failed Work Orders: If a work order fails to post to ResMan, users can now retry by clicking the new "Post" button next to the error message.
RentManager Integration Update:
- Category Mapping: Category Mapping is now available, providing better organization of work orders and categories.
Other Improvements:
- Quick Access to Vacant Not Ready Tab: Clicking on the Make Ready Board now takes you directly to the "Vacant Not Ready" tab—the one you use most often—making your make-ready management faster with one less click!
- Technician Deactivation Fix: Resolved an issue where certain technicians could still access their accounts even after being deactivated.
- Error Filtering: You can now filter the work orders page to view post errors, allowing you to easily view work orders that failed to post to your property management system.
Performance Improvements:
- Optimized performance across various pages to enhance speed and reliability throughout AppWork.
- Disappearing Work Orders Issue Resolved: Fixed an issue where some work orders would disappear later in the day.
