🌍 The Make Ready Map

Set your sights on the newest gem in the AppWork treasure chest: the Make Ready Map! With the power of Engrain maps, you can now access your entire make-ready board through an interactive property map. To find this hidden treasure, navigate to the make-ready board and click the map filter in the top right corner of the page. X marks the spot! 🗺️

⚓ Admin App:

• Login Persistence: No more re-entering your credentials each time you access the admin app. Once you’re logged in, you’ll stay logged in, just like a captain at the helm of their ship!

📜 Reports Updates:

• Task Filtering: Now you can filter the make-ready task details report by completed or not completed tasks. No more searching for buried treasure!
• Photo Sorting: Sort photos in the make-ready task details report to see tasks with the most to least photos. A picture is worth a thousand pieces of eight!
• Star Rating Filter: Filter the Ratings and Reviews report by star rating, making it easier to see all your ratings and reviews based on the number of stars. Shine bright like a gold doubloon!
• Drill Down on Aging Work Orders: Dive deep into the aging work order report even for sites with a boatload of open work orders. No task is too big for our seasoned sailors!

⚓ Work Orders:

• ResMan Error Messages: Improved handling of ResMan error messages for work order exports. You won’t be left adrift without a paddle!
• Resident Work Order Clarity: Updated the description for residents submitting work orders through the resident work order creation URL to make it crystal clear—list each issue separately, me hearties!

🏡 Make Ready:

• Yardi Ready Date: AppWork now imports the Ready Date set in Yardi directly to the make-ready board, taking the Yardi <> AppWork integration to the next level. Set sail for seamless syncing!

⚙️ System Settings:

• Badge Stats: Resolved an issue with the badge stats. Super and system admins can now easily see how many badges were earned and how many technicians are still pending that badge. Earn your stripes and show them off!
• User Export Accuracy: Resolved an issue where the last login on the user export wasn’t always accurate. Now you can trust your logs like a trusty ship’s logbook.

🛠️ Technicians:

• Phone Number Alert: Added an alert message when adding a technician’s phone number that isn’t a US number. Now you’ll know that the technician won’t receive text message updates from AppWork. Keep your crew in the loop!
