Innovation Meets Simplicity: Powerful Updates Across AppWork

Admin Portal
Bugfixes
Upgrades

This release brings new features and better insights into what’s really happening across your properties. We’ve added tools to help you stay on top of inspections, track costs more accurately, and even capture the weather conditions at the time of an incident. Every update was built to solve the real problems you run into every day, so you can spend less time chasing details and more time getting things done.

Inspections

  1. Admins can now edit inspection costs directly from the portal, making it easier to add or update the item costs for individual items as you complete the inspection without having to update the template.

This can be used instead of the templated pricing or in addition. To enable this head to settings > system settings >maintenance > inspections > select template > enable “Show custom charges” > enable “Allow inline cost editing for this inspection”

  1. We’ve added two new pie charts to the inspection analytics page. These charts make it easy to see the percentage of inspection items with photos and quickly understand how inspections are being completed.

As with the entire inspections analytics page, you can filter the data based on date range, and inspection template. You can now clearly see the aggregated results of the inspections based on your filter to see how many items required further action vs no action required with the new inspection item results chart.

You can find the new charts by visiting Analytics > Inspections
