Updated Permissions for Basic Admin Users

Basic admin users can no longer deactivate technicians, ensuring better control over technician management.

Technician Exclusion from Insight Reports

You can now exclude specific technicians from your insight reports. This is especially useful for floating maintenance teams that shouldn’t appear in property-specific reports. Simply toggle the exclusion option in the Edit Profile section on the Technicians page.

Enhanced Response Time Report Calculations

We've improved how response times are calculated for work orders that have been canceled and reopened, as well as those with callbacks, ensuring more accurate reporting.

Refined Business Hours Reporting

When selecting the “Business Days” option in the response time report, the system now uses business hours instead of full business days, providing more precise and actionable data.
