Updated Make Ready Board Enhances Tracking

Upgrades

Make Ready:

• Complete under-the-hood refactor, allowing for better make ready tracking
• New make ready timeline for complete visibility and better management
• Ability to upload pictures and videos to make ready tasks
• Option to print/export a make ready card with all unit information
• Additional information displayed on the timeline
• UI enhancements

Purchase Orders:

• Option to edit approved POs. This will require re-approval
• Ability to upload invoices when marking PO as invoiced
• Option to add any user for PO approval

Applications:

• Combined saved and submitted applications in the new applications section
• Analytics dashboard with key metrics
• Added multi-property selector for analytics and applications
• Refactor of the applications section
• Renamed the rental application form link for clarity
• Removed the pin for the saved applications as that system has been replaced
• Removed the “in Complete” in the rental applications

General Improvements:

• Users with access to only one property, will no longer need to select their property.
• Added the ability to view the unit breakdown report by open or total work orders. When viewing total work orders, you can select a data range.
• Option to download all images associated with a work order
• Enhancements to recurring work order system
• Added video upload and improved search features in inspections.
