A Cleaner, Faster, More Reliable Admin Experience

Another week, another round of polish and power! This release is all about cleaner reports, and fewer “Wait, why is that doing that?” moments. Here’s what’s new, what’s better, and what’s now officially fixed.

Make Ready Board

We’ve given the Make Ready Board a well-deserved facelift:

• Sleeker alignments and smarter spacing for easier navigation.
• A more intuitive layout that just feels better to use.
• Added a new "Assigned To" column on the Make Ready Task Details report because knowing who’s on what should never be a guessing game.
• Default Make Ready Board now opens on "Vacant Ready" because… it just makes sense.
• Fixed discrepancies between Make Ready Board and Report.
• Adjusted spacing, tooltips, and labels so your boards look better than ever.

Reports & Dashboards

• Fixed missing columns in Make Ready CSV exports.
• The Make Ready completion report now counts archived units too.
• PDF reports now come with timestamps and page numbers (hello, organization).
• Duplicate inspection templates removed.
• AB 2801 Compliance report no longer cuts off text.

Work Orders & Inspections

• Bulk reopen of canceled work orders back in action!
• Inspections, checklists, PDFs all display correctly on mobile again.
• Resolved an issue where work order searches would lead to "no results" when there really were results to show.
• Fixed inspection templates reactivating themselves.
• Fixed incorrect "assigned by system" logs when assigning a work order from an inspection.
• Yardi attachment types for inspections now map correctly.
• Restored ability to download images from checklists.
• Cleaned up spacing, labels, and overlapping costs for a cleaner look.

Odds and Ends

• Fixed an issue where deactivating a technician would get "stuck".
• Engrain map imports are faster than ever.
• Fixed PMS mapping and sync issues for several clients.
• Post error handling improved no more ghost errors sticking around.
• Vendors with long names now display gracefully (no more runaway text).

UI & Design Polishing

• Alignment fixes across multiple modules (Work Orders, Inspections, Calendar).
• Tooltips no longer hide unexpectedly.
• Mobile spacing tweaks for a more modern feel.
• Better alignment on cost columns, labels, and icons small things, big difference.

Every fix brings us closer to making AppWork the tool your maintenance teams actually enjoy using.
