Response Time Report Enhancement
Our Response Time Report just got even smarter! With the power to now exclude some common “on hold” times from the response time, you can use this report in more ways than ever before!
You can now use the “exclusion” filter to filter out any or all of the following statuses:
- Assigned to vendor
- Waiting on Parts
- No Access
Using these filters in the report will exclude the time that work orders were in the selected status from the response time.
To access the Response Time Report:
- Click on Reports from the sidebar.
- Select Response Time Report from the available reports.
