Duplicate Inspection Sections for Faster Templates

We’re excited to introduce the ability to duplicate inspection sections!

3-bedroom unit? Two pools? No problem, just duplicate the section and you’re done.

This helps you build templates faster and reduces the need to create a separate inspection template for every unit and property layout.

Note: This feature is available on both the admin portal and the admin app. Technician app support is coming in the upcoming weeks.

Here are some of the other less exciting but equally as impactful updates we were able to include in this release:

• Improved the RentManager move-out workflow so inspections generate more accurately based on the move-out date.
• Fixed an issue that could cause the Response Time Report response % to display incorrectly.
• Fixed an issue where inspection photos uploaded from the desktop could show a broken thumbnail.
• Fixed an issue where manually uploading a CSV file didn’t trigger an import as expected.
