New Feature
Call Recordings in Work Orders
Call recordings from technician-to-resident calls can now be accessed directly in the work order timeline. Admins can view and download these recordings, providing greater visibility into technician communication and resident interactions.

Fixes and Improvements
Handling for Backdated Inspection Creation
Improved handling for automatically created inspections when the move-out date in the property management software is backdated. Inspections will now generate correctly in these cases.
Improved Experience on Smaller Screens
Added improved handling for lower-resolution computer screens, making the AppWork interface easier to use on smaller displays.
Entrata Building Number Fix
Resolved an issue where certain building numbers coming from Entrata were not properly attaching to the correct work order.
RealPage Integration Improvements
Fixed several RealPage integration-related issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable connection between the two systems.
Make Ready Task Navigation Fix
When clicking a Make Ready task from the Task Time Report, users were sometimes redirected to a work order with the same ID. This now correctly takes users to the Make Ready task.
Multiple Inspection Column Generation
Resolved an issue where only one inspection would generate if two inspection columns on the Make Ready board were set to auto-generate. Both inspections will now generate as expected.
