August Improvements and Bug Fixes

Ahead of our next big update, we spent some time squashing bugs and polishing things up so you can enjoy a smoother AppWork experience. Here’s what we tackled:

General Fixes and Improvements

• The legends on property maps were playing hide-and-seek. We found them. They’re visible now.
• Our AI work order feature decided to take a nap in some cases. We woke it up.
• The on-call reminder text for technicians was a little… discombobulated. We untangled it.
• Some T-Mobile users weren’t getting technician calls. We teamed up with T-Mobile and got that fixed.
• The Maintenance Categories settings page no longer throws a UI fit when loading.

Integration Fixes and Improvements

• Work order descriptions that go over Yardi’s character limit now get handled gracefully instead of causing chaos.
• Vendor IDs now come along for the ride when exporting Yardi work orders.
• Rent Manager work orders can now proudly display post errors instead of keeping them a secret.
• PMS Mappings got some TLC to make syncing with your property management software smoother than ever.
• Blocking specific floorplans from importing to AppWork works properly now.
