Automated Caller ID Now Displays “AppWork Maintenance” for Technician Calls
For months, our team has been working directly with U.S. phone carriers to solve the issue of residents ignoring technician calls because the number shows up as an unknown number.
Well, not anymore. As of right now, when your maintenance team calls residents from a work order in AppWork, their phone will display AppWork Maintenance as the caller ID, even if the number isn’t saved in the resident’s contacts.
No setup. No toggle. It’s already live and working.
