11/9 Release Notes
This release is all about giving you more space, speed, and control in AppWork.
We’ve redesigned key parts of the interface including new collapsible menus, cleaner headers, and a smarter make ready board so you can focus on what matters most: Maintenance.
Introducing New Collapsible Menus
New Navigation Menu
We’ve redesigned the navigation menu to make it cleaner and easier to navigate, and introduced the ability to collapse the entire menu.
When collapsed, we’ve freed up valuable screen real estate giving you more room to view important information.
Imagine seeing more columns on the Make Ready board at once since the nav menu now takes up less space.
Collapse or expand the page header by clicking the new toggle icon in the top-right corner of the header giving you instant access to more data at a glance.
New Header Menus
We’ve redesigned the page headers to make them cleaner and more intuitive, and introduced a new collapsed view.
When collapsed, you’ll now see more data on your page whether viewing work orders or make readies.
Collapse or expand the page header anytime by clicking the arrow icon in the top-left.
Make Ready Board Improvements
We’ve made it even easier to bulk select an entire column on the Make Ready board.
You can now show/hide any auto populated column directly from the Make Ready board.
Want a quick glance at the phone number of your upcoming move-in? Simply enable it!
Available columns/data:
- Days Vacant
- Floorplan Name
- Market Rent
- Future Resident Name
- Future Resident Phone Number
- On-Notice Resident Name
- On-Notice Resident Phone Number
- Square Feet
Work Order Improvements
Weather Intelligence Update
Humidity is now part of Weather Intelligence!
When enabled, AppWork’s Weather Intelligence will now include the current outdoor humidity in your work orders.
Translated Work Order Completion Notes
When technicians add completion notes, AppWork will now translate them to English when sending completion emails to residents — taking our bi-lingual capabilities to the next level.
Settings
A new role-based filter has been added in Settings → Staff.
You can now filter users by role to quickly view staff by specific roles.

Internal Incident Reports
When enabled, the outdoor humidity at the time of the incident will now be included in your internal incident reports.
