AppWork Release Brings Faster Boards and Smarter Inspections

This week’s release is packed with treats, not tricks from a freshly enchanted Make Ready Board to spellbinding Inspection upgrades, plus some behind-the-scenes magical additions to our APIs

Make Ready Board: Now Scarier Fast (in a Good Way)

We continued our focus on improvements to make your Make Ready Board easier, faster, and downright spook-tacular:

• More data at once:
  The board now loads 30 units at a time by default (up from 15).
  You can change the view by scrolling to the bottom of the page to view more/less.

• Bulk Unselect option:
  Added for when you accidentally summon too many units at once.

• Cleaner filters:
  Tasks and Assignees now live in their very own Filters dropdown, organized and out of your way.

• Show or hide columns:
  Don’t want to see pre-populated columns? Poof! Now you can hide them. 🪄

• New empty state:
  If there’s no data and no filters applied, you’ll now see a friendly message instead of an empty void. 🕸️

• Incoming → Future Resident:
  Renamed for clarity and consistency future residents shouldn’t sound so spooky, after all. 💀

• Bug exorcised:
  CSV export downloads now work correctly (no more ghost files). 👻

Inspections: Tricks Banished, Treats Added

We’ve been haunting the Inspections module and made it better than ever:

• Completion clarity:
  Click Complete and see exactly how many items are left unfinished. 🕷️

• Template search:
  You can now search inspection templates from settings a true lifesaver for teams with a graveyard of templates. 🔮

• Yardi exorcism:
  Fixed an issue where inspections weren’t posting back to the correct attachment type in Yardi. 🧟

• Date filter fixed:
  “Today” now actually means today. (Imagine that!) 🕰️

• Dropdowns behaving again:
  Editing an inspection response in system settings no longer makes the dropdown float off like a ghost. 👻

• Mobile magic:
  Creating and editing recurring inspections on mobile is now smoother than a witch’s broom ride.

API Updates: A New Breed of Power

Some serious backend sorcery for our API partners:

• Provisioning spells:
  You can now create (provision) Admins and Technicians through the API. 🧛

• Deprovisioning incantations:
  And when the time comes, you can deactivate them just as easily. ⚰️

General Enhancements (and Bug Banishments)

A few extra potions stirred into the mix:

• Removed-unit handling:
  Units that vanish (blocked by floorplan or removed from the integration) are now handled gracefully no ghost listings.

• Eviction status residents:
  These residents in Yardi now properly import into AppWork.

• Vendor logos return:
  Logos now auto-populate again when adding new vendors no more disappearing acts. 🪞

• Property maps revived:
  Some maps weren’t showing data now they’re back from the dead. 🗺️

• Resident phone number fixes:
  Copying and calling residents from the work order page in the admin portal now works flawlessly. ☎️
