Sam Gibbs Joins AppWork as Client Success Manager

AppWork Expands Client Success Team with Hire of Sam Gibbs

November 10, 2025 — AppWork is pleased to welcome Sam Gibbs as a Client Success Manager, furthering the company’s commitment to helping multifamily teams modernize maintenance operations and elevate performance across their portfolios.

Based in Sanford, Florida, Sam brings a proven background in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, and property management. She has worked closely with teams to redesign and optimize workflows, simplify processes, improve communication, and deliver stand-out client experiences.

Sam recently joined the AppWork team in Orlando for training, where she quickly immersed herself in the platform and culture. Her ability to dive into real client use cases, collaborate with the team, and contribute before day one made it clear she was a strong fit for AppWork’s fast-growing Client Success team.
