Before joining AppWork, Scott worked in maintenance roles supporting large residential communities, where he coordinated service requests, prioritized urgent repairs, and collaborated closely with property management teams to keep operations running smoothly. His onsite experience provides valuable insight into the needs of maintenance staff and property managers who rely on efficient tools and communication to manage their workflows.

In his role at AppWork, Scott will work closely with customers to support their use of the platform and help ensure property teams are able to operate more efficiently.
