Based in Israel, Amir brings a strong track record in product leadership, with extensive experience guiding product strategy and execution in high-growth technology environments. He has worked closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, customer-driven solutions that address real-world operational challenges.

Amir is known for his strategic mindset and ability to translate customer insight into impactful product decisions. Throughout his career, he has led complex initiatives from concept through delivery, including the development of internal platform tools designed to improve reliability, performance, and user experience. His approach blends thoughtful analysis, close collaboration, and strong product intuition.

In his role at AppWork, Amir will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape product vision, drive execution, and continue building tools that empower maintenance teams to do their best work.
