Dr. Debbie has spent more than 30 years helping real estate organizations build high-performing teams and improve operational performance. Combining frontline industry experience with academic research from the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech, her doctoral work produced an employee engagement model specifically for the multifamily housing industry. Known throughout the industry as "The Apartment Doctor," Debbie is an award-winning educator, consultant, and speaker who serves on multiple boards dedicated to workforce development, talent management, and affordable housing. She was recognized as one of Leaders Magazine's 20 Most Inspiring Women and was named Entryway's 2023 Ambassador of the Year for her commitment to creating career opportunities in multifamily. Debbie is also the founder of the Real Estate Career Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of real estate professionals.
