Good afternoon. I have a basic T-stat that's locked. It's a Honeywell, um, with the SmartRent app that's connected to it that you can get on your app. But let's say that your technician recently was out and... To it, and you have a lock screen. You don't know what the code is, nothing like that. You hit the lock, enter the pin.
What's the pin? See? So what we do to solve this problem to get the pin, I'll show you an easy step. So you'll have to pull your Honeywell off, and then we'll come over here. Get the pen and the piece of paper, and there's a four-digit code right there, two, three, three, five. So you write down two, three, three, five, and then you add one, two, three, four to that number, which will come to three, five, six, nine.
And that right there is your pin to unlock it. So let's go ahead and take it back to the wall, pop it in. It'll say hello, do all that. You gotta give it a second So hit home, hit your unlock. It says enter PIN, and so that's what we'll do. Three, select, five

nine, select. And there you have it. You have an unlocked keypad. Just basic HVAC T-STAT 411 for you in case you lock yourself out and forget the pin. Y'all have a great day
