Tracy Powers

Tracy Powers brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across the skilled trades, senior living, and multifamily maintenance. His career includes 14 years as a self-employed commercial and residential painting contractor, 12 years as a Regional Plant Operations Director and Director of Maintenance in senior living, and eight years in multifamily maintenance. Tracy’s experience includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, chillers, appliance repair, blueprint reading, and building controls. He holds certifications and specialized training including EPA Universal and Daikin VRV HVAC. His mission is simple: share his knowledge with others to help them succeed and make things better. A devoted husband, father, and Papa, Tracy enjoys smoking meats and rebuilding classic cars.
