I didn't even know you were talking to me.

Has that ever happened to you? As simple as it may seem. Especially in today's, today's society where technol technology is in everyone's hands. Just say their name first. Sometimes it is just as simple as making, saying the person's name until they say what, and then you start communicating. So try it, see if it makes a difference.

Think about these simple things. Make a connection, get their attention, and see how much more of an impact it makes.
