As a technician or a supervisor, one of the best questions you could ever ask your supervisor or your manager, or if you're a technician, your supervisor, what can I do to make you more successful? I know that I'm doing the best I can at my job, whatever that is. And as a manager, I'd like to know how you evaluate my performance as a technician or a supervisor or a service department, and what can we do?

To help make you more successful and generate the results that you need to provide. What an amazing question. When is the last time someone asked you that? If you're a technician, ask your supervisor. You know, I'm doing my very best. I appreciate working with you. I do have a question, though. I know that you have to deliver a certain results.

As a supervisor, what is something that I can do or maybe a few things that I could do or work on? That would help you be more successful and deliver the results that you need to deliver. And if that con, if that question goes in every direction on your team, watch the results. Multiply. And all of a sudden transform into other people reciprocating and help each other.

But if you've never asked that question before, it's a great opportunity. Watch the surprise, the pleasant surprise on someone's face when you ask that question. And then, of course, be very specific with your answers and do your very best to remove the barriers and provide all of the time and resources that they need.

Give it a try. You'll see the results improve immediately.
