One of the things I notice when I visit properties and we start to walk is, uh, I find that there's two basic responses. Oh, I can't wait for you to see the shop and oh no, do we really have to go to the shop? And it really comes down to the cleanliness and the organization of the shop. And very often I go to a shop and I'm like, oh my goodness.

This is amazing. And then I have the opposite reaction where I'm like, wow, it looks like a bomb went off. And there's just debris and boxes and um, so there's kind of two mindsets. One is why everything should be clean and organized and easy. So when we go into the shop, we can find what we need as fast as possible, getting it out.

We have good inventory control and we reduce the risk of injuries in the shop because you don't have to climb over boxes to get things. And then we have the other approaches. Well, you might need it someday. And you know, there's a few basic rules that you could follow if you haven't used it within the past year.

Do you really need it? And I go to shops and I find things that have literally been in there 10 years, like a pile of blinds. They're 10, 15 years old, they're destroyed. No one can use 'em. You might need something someday. So my recommendation would be is to make sure that your shop is really clean. I mean, organized, clean.

You can coordinate in any way you like, but a clean shop is a safe shop. And when it's clean and safe, it's easy to find what you need. In less time, and it's also easier to manage your inventory. So I recommend that you go down to the shop, take a look and make sure it's clean.
