Ace Your Interview Part 2
Also remember with the interview, the employer is looking for someone to hire that will show up on time work, put genuine effort and help their team, their property, their organization as a whole, become more successful and work towards success. They want someone with a good attitude, a good disposition, someone that fits the vibe of the team, whatever that is.
And so it's also. Important for them as well to understand that you're looking for a place to be treated fairly with a good environment that encourages success, provides training, treats you fairly, pays you fairly, so both of you have objectives in the interview and the more you can help the interviewer understand that you are the person for the job.
And you communicate and you articulate their concerns. Their concerns are most often, will you show up on time? Will you work hard? Will you put genuine effort? Are you good to work with? Are you easy to work for? Can you be coachable? Are you able to coach if necessary? And then what the employer has to understand.
Is you wanna be able to get to work, you want to go to a good environment, a place where you look forward to working, even if it's challenging. You have the resources you need, you have fair payment, fair treatment, and you have all of the resources that you need, and you have realistic expectations. And also importantly, that there's training when you need it and it doesn't get canceled or interrupted.
So make sure that you understand both perspectives and the more that you can address them, the better your interview will go. So good luck with your interview.
