Step Flashing & Gutter Aprons

 Let's take a look at these right here, guys. This is what I like. Look at this. See this step flashing over there. This is the step flash. It has like an inch space for the water. But these right here, that doesn't help. Look at that gutter APR in. Ah, the things that they do. They did it right here. They start flashing and everything, but that's not done by the roofers, right?

That's done before the build. What one? And they kept doing the same thing, which is fine, 

but that gutter apron 

man. That doesn't deserve for, and that's why you get all damage right there. Look at the water. You see the apron's. Not even caulk. They should have a, a flashing here that goes over here up, you know?

But anyways, one thing on the roof that I found that's nicely dumped, you know, one thing that's not so good, you know, and effects in the long run, they'll be here. Your roofing guy.
