Number three, seek support. This might be the hardest one, but it's also probably one of the most important, if not the most important. Seeking support by talking to coworkers, friends, family, about your challenges. We'll get all that stuff out so that you don't have that explosion. I've had many of those explosions throughout my life, throughout my maintenance career.

Some of, uh, the individuals who subscribe to this podcast and who listened to this podcast are ex-coworkers of mine managers, uh, of mine, and. They would agree these explosions happen. But also back then, uh, there were like, I think I told you on the last one, you know, there, there weren't resources out there for mental health.

You know, the things that you asked for. You didn't know that that's what it was. You just knew you needed time and you said you needed time. Nowadays, there are companies who give employees mental health days. You get a couple mental health days a year that didn't exist 10 years ago, five years ago. Talk to your coworkers, talk to your friends, talk to your family about the challenges.

Just sharing, just talking, just getting them out will keep them from festering inside. Uh, look into local and online support groups for maintenance or trade workers. Anything to help, anything to be a resource to get it out. So seeking support. Do you have a hard time asking for help? Think about that one.
