 Number four, limited recognition and support under appreciation by tenants, residents, and management. Despite being essential to the smooth functioning of a property, maintenance workers often go unnoticed unless there's a problem leading to feelings of under appreciation. So under appreciation by tenants and management.

Then you also have minimal mental health resources. So property management companies may not prioritize mental health, um, and they may not provide proper training to support their workers and their emotional wellbeing. There are a lot of positive steps forward that we've made, um, regarding mental health resources.

So. Um, but are they a priority to property management companies? I don't know. Um, probably to some, but I would say the majority, no. Uh, because again, this is coming from osha, this is coming from Mental Health America. These aren't. Stats I just made up. Um, you also have the maintenance workers undervalued role.

Despite being critical to operations. Maintenance is often invisible until something goes wrong. Workers may feel unappreciated or disregarded, which will affect their sense of purpose.
