Number five, exposure to hazards. This is one that I was kind of shocked to see in the top five. Um, but when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense because the number of safety risks that maintenance workers come in contact with every single day, every day, it takes its toll. It really does. You have your hazardous materials, uh, which hopefully you're keeping track and you have your SDS sheets up to date.

Please do that. Yes. No, with me. Yes, we're gonna do that. You have environmental challenges, mold? Yes, I said mold. It's podcast. I can say mold, pests and unsanitary conditions in some units can negatively impact both physical and mental health, um, tenant interactions. Dealing with frustrated or difficult tenants can create emotional stress, especially when maintenance issues cannot be resolved immediately.

Exposure to hazards. I think that's funny. That tenant, it's not funny, but I think it's interesting that tenant interactions is a hazard. Yes. Unsanitary conditions. Hell yes.
